Estudio de caso en cuatro escuelas de Cayambe y Pedro Moncayo es el tema de investigación que hemos desarrollado, y a la vez esta ha sido una gran oportunidad para que nosotros como docentes analicemos la información recogida tanto en el campo como en la teoría. Si bien existen múltiples investigaciones sobre el tema escuela, la mayoría de estas apuntan a temas de “calidad” educativa, fundamentadas en el currículo o en la “enseñanza” y “aprendizaje”; otros estudios ven a la escuela en un marco político como Freire y Bourdieu	en_US
