dc.description	This qualitative research was conducted with teachers of the Education Unit Ayupanda Hermel. The main objective of this research was to collect the voice from those who build in everyday classroom teaching skills from practice. Thus, this research work includes stories of teachers on their own experience. For this was chosen as the instrument depth interviews; in this way the work was built through dialogue between practicing teachers and teachers who will start his career. The importance of this research is that it gives us information about the professional life, recognizing what teachers know and they know from their own practice and work several years in the educational field.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación cualitativa fue realizada con los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Hermel Ayupanda. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue recoger la voz de aquellos que en la cotidianeidad construyen saberes pedagógicos en el aula, desde la práctica. Así, este trabajo investigativo recoge las narraciones de docentes sobre su propia experiencia. Para esto se escogió como instrumento la entrevista a profundidad; de esta manera el trabajo fue construido a través del diálogo entre docentes en ejercicio y docentes que van a iniciar su carrera. La importancia de esta investigación radica en que nos da información sobre la vida profesional, reconociendo lo que los docentes saben y conocen desde su propia práctica y en el trabajo de varios años en el campo educativo.	en_US
