Resumen:
Este trabajo investigativo como es el análisis de caso tiene una metodología cualitativa
que aborda el procedimiento características y elementos que inician con la indagación,
seguida del análisis, la descripción de los problemas y la incidencia de la práctica de
haber enseñado Lengua y Literatura en la institución educativa Carlos Montúfar de la
provincia de Imbabura, Parroquia de Natabuela del Cantón Antonio Ante, durante el
año lectivo 2014-2015.
Donde se evidenció la realidad dentro del aula en la que se conocen y describen ciertas
situaciones que rodean a la maestra niños y niñas padres de familia comunidad
educativa en la materia de Lengua y Literatura en segundo año de educación básica,
como son la falta de recursos didácticos al momento de las clases que dificultan la
enseñanza, falta de tiempo en las actividades pedagógicas debido a las diversas
situaciones que surgen en el pasar del tiempo académico, por lo que se inicia la
investigación en el lugar de los hechos, donde se recaba la información y los motivos
de dichas dificultades. El accionar se acoge a la investigación de corte cualitativo con
método etnográfico, luego se expresan los problemas donde se los observan,
investigan, describen, analizan y presentan, la fundamentación teórica y conceptual,
los métodos y técnicas a seguir como fichas de observación ,entrevistas, cuestionarios
de tipo abierto, para lograr los fines propuestos.
Se presentan los efectos y resultados que se lograron luego de la indagación a
profundidad del tema investigado, así como también las conclusiones que se lograron
determinar.

This research work as is the case analysis is a qualitative methodology that addresses
the process characteristics and elements that begin with the inquiry, followed by
analysis, the description of the problems and the incidence of the practice of having
taught language arts institution Carlos Montúfar education in the province of
Imbabura, Parish Natabuela Canton Antonio Ante, during the 2014-2015 school year.
Where reality was evident in the classroom in which are known and described certain
situations surrounding the teacher children parents educational community in the field
of language and literature in the second year of basic education, such as lack of
resources teaching when classes that hinder teaching, lack of time in educational
activities due to the various situations that arise in the passing of academic time, so the
investigation starts at the crime scene, where it collects information and the reasons
for these difficulties. The action is covered by the qualitative research with
ethnographic method, then the problems where they are observed, investigate,
describe, analyze and present the theoretical and conceptual basis, methods and
techniques to follow as tokens of observation, interviews are expressed , open-ended
questionnaires to achieve the proposed goals.
